A closed container needs to be moved from the packing location to the shipping location. The movement can be done via work (packed container picking work) or without work (when you simply close the container). However, when you use packed container picking to move the container from the packing location to the shipping location, you can no longer reopen the container.

If you cancel the closed packed container picking work and the sales order work, and then try to reopen the container, an error message appears: ‘The container X is not at the packing station,’ and ‘Reopening of the container X failed.’

A new feature allowing users to reopen a container with packed container picking work would be beneficial.
