Right now, it is not possible to generate a template for a customer using a given language. E.g., if I use Dynamics in English but have customers who use French, I need to generate a document for them in French. But in order to do it, I need to open the app in a different browser where my language preference is French. Doesn't work well. And consider if I have customers who use Spanish and Portuguese. I will soon run out of browsers I use... So, please make sure that the language of the template is really the language of the template, independent of the language in which the user uses the UI.
