The system functionality for sending out invoices to clients by email isn't really useable because there is very little scope to include an message within the email. Our ops and finance teams see this as unprofessional and the system generated emails are not seen as appropriate to send to customers.

We are aware that this functionality can be achieved using bolt-on software (Bottomline) but we would like Microsoft to look at developing background templates to accompany the documents for a more professional approach to sending.
