User look-up fields are not available for filtering when developing a mobile offline profile and defining which records in an asset a users can pull down for offline use. If you organization does not have individuals as the owners on accounts and contacts and instead uses a Team as an owner, the only option is to scope it to the team. This may be too large of a number of records to pull down, especially if a user has membership to more than one team. The proposal is to allow admins to filter on a specific user look-up field and set that to 'equals current user." For Example, the account is owned by the Food APAC team, but the 'Account Manager = John Smith' on the account. Ideally, John Smith would only have offline access to accounts where he is listed as the Account Manager. This would prevent him from pulling 20K+ account records offline.
