The Report Inbox (680) page is currently not filtered by the current user, which allows users to see reports scheduled by other users.

For security and data privacy reasons, reports should only be visible to the user who scheduled them.

We would like to see the Report Inbox (680) page filtered by user, similarly to the Report Inbox Part (681), which is already user-filtered and used in the Role Center.

Aligning the behavior of page 680 with page 681 would improve data isolation and security consistency across the application.
