I would like to be able to base the calculation of a fixed compensation increase and variable compensation award on the individual's performance as reflected in their performance Reviews that occur within the compensation process cycle. The performance factor would be calculated based on their Average score on the review. I think it would be necessary to be able to specify which review types - or reviews or even goals - were considered by the calculation process.

You can currently base the calculation of a fixed compensation increases and variable compensation awards on the performance of a Department, but the requirement we see again and again is for it to be based on the individual's performance.
