In Classic Outlook it is possible to track an email to Dynamics. The Dynamics details of the customer appear in Outlook and the email appears in the timeline of the customer in Dynamics.


In Outlook on the Web and in New Outlook this functionality appears to be missing


I have read that the process is now to catagorise an email as, "Tracked to Dynamics 365". I have done this but although the catagory appears on the email in outlook, no Dynamics details appear in Outlook and the email doesn't appear on the timeline in Dynamics.


Please reintroduce the Classic Outlook behaviour in New Outlook and Outlook on the Web.
