Currently, we must configure many phrases to allow the bot to identify a topic.

It might be easier to identify some trigger phrases items as keywords.
That way, the topic can be recognized whatever the typed phrase from the user as long as it contains the identified keyword.

Then topics will be easier to configure.

For example, I set "store hours" as keyword, it allows the bot to trigger on all those examples :
- "New year open hours"
- "Store hours change"
- "weekend open hours"
