When using warehouse operations to put away stock in a production make-to-stock scenario, you only have the option for an inventory put-away and not a warehouse put-away. If would be useful to have the option to also have warehouse put-aways for production output as:

1) Customer will want to use a consistent warehouse process. if they are using warehouse put-aways for receipts they do not want to use a separate document for production put-aways.

2) Can't put-away in a DPP scenario.

You can create a Warehouse Put-Away using directed Put-away and pick but you need to do this in two steps. First create the Internal Put-away and from there create the Warehouse Put-Away

I would like a setup using Directed Put-Away and pick where Warehouse Put-Away is created directly. I can see the purpose of doing this through Internal Put-Away also so don't remove this. Make a setup where the company can decide if they want to create a warehouse put-away for each output or as now bundling this in the internal put-away

PS! We have made this in one of our apps

For years I have deliberately avoided Directed Put & Pick Locations for Manufacturing because of this issue.

Posting Output should optionally (by location) generate the Put-away
