When you set the Country to be 'Germany' or 'GER' in a composite address, there is an additional blank line added between Street 3 and the Postal Code, City, and State. All fields are filled in, it seems to be a bug with the code which formats the address differently based on the country.

Reproduce:
1. Set the country to USA.
2. Set all other address fields with any values.
3. Notice the format of the composite address.
4. Change the country to Germany or GER.
5. Notice the format changes, and adds a blank line.
