We have identified a gap in the current Business Central functionality: Service Orders cannot be copied using the standard application.

Having a standard Copy Service Order feature, similar to the functionality available for Sales and Purchase documents, would eliminate the need for custom extension development and allow customers to rely on standard Business Central functionality.

We would also like to know whether this functionality is currently on Microsoft's product roadmap or is being considered for a future release.
