When the CRM is integrated with SharePoint, the Field Service Mobile Apps works perfectly fine! We can see the document content list and everything. All good! The problem begins when you have lot of folders with many files. The app keeps waiting for prolonging time. But that's not the problem. It is understood that it will take time for the transaction, due to the transaction data size. But it throws error and it NEVER loads. We could repeat the scenario and confirm that, it is ONLY when there many folders and files. For now, we have put the archiving process in place to clean up data. It works. But you will need to look into this, please. Taking time - OK. Throwing error - Not OK.
