Currently, there is no way to migrate insights data to another Dynamics 365 Marketing environment.
With this capability, customers can consolidate insights data from multiple environments and leverage it to develop their next strategy.

Analytics and Insights data for accounts and contacts on Emails opened, Email clicked and Session registrations are stored in Azure Blob Storage.
When migrating to a new D365 CE instance, this data should be able to migrate in the same manner as is possible with Dataverse data. This would make it possible for organisations to take the conversation that is build up with customer to a new environment in stead of the current option that is offered (export to PowerBI). The value of this Insights data lies exactly in it being actionable in customer journeys and real time marketing journeys.
