Ideally there should be more pre-defined permission sets that match common user roles (such as A/P clerk) and user tasks (such as everything needed for entering payables/purchase invoices vs. selecting and printing checks). This would be helpful to have as a good starting point for most clients, and would make managing security much easier.

Hello - we get this request alot, "We have a new Inventory Manager being hired, what permission sets should I give them?"
In BC SaaS, there are Profiles (Roles) but no real guidance or process to determine what permissions/user groups to assign that user that fits that Profle (Role) that can be chosen. There needs to be more connections between the out of box Profiles (Roles) and recommended starting point of user groups/permissions to give this user.
