A partner has raised an interesting behavior towards us related to the ability for a user to see all Companies available within an environment (including new, test environments) in the Outlook Addin, even though the user has no access to the new, test environments.
We believe it would be a great implementation for the specified users to be able to see only the Companies they are assigned to, within their user card and login permissions in the Outlook Addin, as that will exclude any confusion for the users as well as polish our production to its most optimal state in that specific area.

We believe it would be a great implementation for the specified users to disable the Outlook Add-In general for All User for selected Companies (Test Environments, etc.), included Users that has Access to this Companies in Business Central.
