1. Configure Dynamics 365 App for outlook
2. Login to MS Office Outlook and click on more options present on left bottom corner and select Add-ins
3. Select a contact and click on it new tab will open with details
4. Click on link Look up will appear with only Account names
5. Here if we try to search account based on names, if duplicates account names present then search is not useful as there is no way to choose right account from the list

Suggestion:

It will very difficult to select account with only name, mainly if we have duplicate names. So I suggest to display more fields (at least one field with unique value for accounts like email or so) so that it will help user to select appropriate account
