Please enable the possibility to define (read limit) the number of support languages. It is extremely confusing for the customers that they have an option to choose between 10+ English languages and 30+ languages they will never use. So essence is: please keep it simple - most customers only need the local language and English (US).


I can provide the source code in AL free of charge for inspiration if this will be implemented in BC rather than on Environment level ;-)

Note: The NST already supports this setting and has done so for many years - however we can only set this for OnPrem installations.

Hi KasperCould you elaborate on your thoughts for implementing this?Some years back when we published the app language apps on AppSource we did discuss a potential implementation, that included an "Allowed languages" page/list for an admin to specify on a given environment. In essence, if language would be specified there, this list would filter the visible languages in the language selector in My Settings.Does this correspond to your thinking?If so, would you be open for contributing such solution via Github if we decide to create this as an issue there?ThanksSøren Alexandersen
