Currently, uploading files (OOB SharePoint integration) require the experience of clicking on the "Upload File" icon from the "Documents" grid, then choosing files from local system and then uploading.
And this is for a single file.
By bringing a drag-and-drop feature, will be able to upload multiple files with lesser clicks.
