Hello,

How do you send a email from D365 to a secondary / personal email.

Ex: Email sent to a contact uses the default work email. I want to send a email to a personal email address instead of the default email addresses. When you create a email; you get the to lookup field which gives you the only option to pick the contact record but doesn't give you the option to pick an alternative email address to use instead of the default email address.

Is there a workaround for this or is Microsoft going to implement the option in a future release.
