I have had multiple customers ask for the ability to be able to add an "upper limit" to a threshold discount. They are adamant that this is a common scenario among retailers and should work out of the box.

Example 1: 10% off of $100 or more up to $250. $250.01 and up should have no discount applied.
Example 2: 15% discount on entire transaction up to $100. $100.01 and up should have no discount applied.

The obvious setup for this would be to add your thresholds and then add one final threshold with a percentage of 0%, but this just results in an error stating that 0 is not a valid entry. Also, when trying get past that issue and use 0.01% an addition error pops up stating that each discount tier must have a larger discount than the lower tiers.

Is there a reason why this functionality is not available, and if not, can it be added in a future release?
