Add RSS feeds to your emails for Microsoft 365 Marketing

Dear colleagues!

We would like to see Microsoft add this functionality!

Pull content from multiple websites, crossmatch content with your audience’s preference and send newsletter to customers by integrating RSS Feed with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing.

Get seamless access to web content as the solution can simply pull texts, images, or videos from your website and turn them into a newsletter. You don’t need to spend time creating content or designing a newsletter from scratch

RSS Feed could be embedded in the system so that we can automatically capture content from different websites. Once you provide a list of sites into the system, the pull request is sent, and the solution pulls out all the latest content from these sites.

The other Marketing Automation tools include this Out Of the Box functionality, such as MailChimp.

Dear Microsoft team,

I would like to strongly emphasize the importance of integrating the RSS feed into Customer Insights. In today's digital era, this feature is no longer just an optional extra, but rather a standard that our customers expect from a modern marketing tool.

Our competitors have already recognized that the integration of RSS feeds offers a decisive advantage in terms of timeliness and efficient content distribution. Many of our customers are already accustomed to the availability of RSS feeds and take this functionality for granted. The absence of this option could deter potential customers and cause existing customers to switch to competitors who have already integrated this important feature.

Dear Microsoft Team,

this feature is highly required. As mentioned by Manuel Moreno mailchimp offers this out-of-the box within the e-mail designer.
