Working towards a goal always improves productivity and keeps us focused on what is important. It would be great, if it would be possible to define company goals, such as:

• Specific Turnover per week/Month/quarter etc.
• Specific quantities sold of a specific items
• Average profit % on sales
• etc.

Also, frequent Informations an the progress of these goals, for example via E-Mail, Teams or as Notification in BC. Examples:

• Congrats! Your company reached an average profit of x % in November
• Only 20.000 EUR left to reach this month goal for turnover. Keep going, we can make it!
• We surpassed our monthly sales for item x by 30% last month! Good work Team!
• etc.

This also gives BC a little gamification touch and would be a great addition to the overall system.
