For obtaining detailed information about "feature enhancement", it would be benefitial to have more detailed information on either "what's new and changed" or release note to judge whether we would like to implement the feature. Currently, only very rough information is aviailable on "what's new and changed" homepage.
It would be giving us a chance to plan in advance which version we would like to upgarde.
Also, this will give benefit that we do not have to wait until actual version upgrade timing.

We have been publishing Release notes for over 3 years now. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365-release-plan/2021wave2/
This includes an initial release of our Wave Release Notes in January and July so that everyone has 3 months to review all details for features and services to come.
