In the latest release (February) you can choose to turn of lead creation for event registration but it's unfortunate that it's a binary yes/no. Would be great to define the lead generation criteria. eg. If they're email isn't in our system, generate a lead. Or if they are in the system but Contact.Invoices does not contain data.
