Customer is trying to export data from “Automatic sales document line charges” entity and also want to export data for two additional fields “Retail channel code” & “Retail channel relation”.


Business impact as shared by customer:

The business impact is the amount of manual setups involved to update all Auto-Charge configures is in 100s of header records. This causes additional work for the customer go-live that is should not be needed since this is all OOTB functionality.
