When item is despatched from warehouse it's being shipped it doesn't mean it got delivered.

So there is a need to add despatched status in sales order line and if possible add in sales header as well.

Similarly, if failed to deliver then status can be FailtoDeliver and warehouse worker should be able to receive the product in the warehouse against the same sales order line.
