We observed that the first bot response on WhatsApp takes ~10–12 seconds, while subsequent responses are faster (~4–6 seconds).

There is an active setup, with Omnichannel integration with Whats app through Twilio. We have created a bot for customer service.

But initial delayed responses is causing loss in our customers.
