Idea: Provide a general setting to be able to turn off post code validation - either completely, or just for addresses outside your home country.

Alternative - a popup option during validation to add the City/State/Postcode into the relevant tables on on the fly.

Reason: Current validations require you to have preloaded postcodes. This is fine for the local country - but here in AUS most SMBs trade heavily, if not exclusively, within AUS (unlike Europe). And when they do its usually only a small number of overseas companies they deal with.

Having an option(s) for ad-hoc sipping of the postcode validation would save having to preload a large volume of thousands of additional postcodes for a variety of countries, just for the one or two needed. It also avoids the need for external postcode validation software.
