Add a setting to show the Description 2 field on all (setup, document line) pages

Currently you need several customizations to show the description 2 field on all pages.


It would be useful to have setting to enable the description 2 field for Items, G/L Accounts, etc.

Then the Description 2 field should be shown on all setup and document pages.


In the future this setting could be splitted into a more granular setup.

For starters it would be okay to show it everywhere depending on that setting.

"Description 2" is useful.80% of our customer are using them.
