New chat sessions are not creating a multi-session tab in copilot service workspace. We found that in the experience profile for agents, under inbox settings, there is a setting to either start conversations in the inbox or in a new session tab.  


We have been using Dynamics chat since January, have not made any changes to these settings, and until yesterday all new inbound chat conversations were opening a new session tab.  


When we went into this configuration today, we found that it was set to the first option: “Add to inbox if agent is in currently in inbox” We put it back to “Open in a new session tab” and the functionality that we had previously is restored. No one in our organization changed this value.


How do we get notified of changes like this that are being pushed down to our organization. Other than high level release wave summaries, what release notes or other documents are available to get some sort of advance notice that functionality is going to change so that we can be prepared for this and give our team members a heads up?
