Schedule Board - Option to Hide/Show each schedule type on each SB Tab

The requirement is to be able to configure SB tabs that are specific to schedule type -- for instance, have a SB tab that shows project bookings only and another SB tab that shows work order bookings only and another SB tab that shows work order and appointment bookings only. I suggest adding a Hide checkbox on the Tab Settings dialog in the Schedule Type section.
