Hello Team, it'd be good to have an insights tab under Email Insights to determine the contacts who have changed the preference ' Do not bulk email' by clicking on the unsubscribe link for the respective email.

In real-time marketing email insights > delivery and interaction details, you can view profiles that unsubscribed using the particular email, uncluding the unsubscription reasons.
