Outlook has Category and so does Dynamics 365 Sales (and other D365 products, I would guess).
We use specific categories for different types of appointments so that all users' calendars have the same color-coding.
We currently pay for Riva Sync integration ($195 per user per year) just so we can sync the category field between D365 and Exchange.
Please add this field to the list of fields that can sync.
