Need to facilitate an option to copy or duplicate data field from one mail merge template to another mail merge template

User has to have an option for copying or duplicating the data field from one mail merge template to another mail merge template as part of product upgrade feature to be provided for easier process as it would be difficult when we have more templates that need to be updated
