For a location directive, if you wish to have 'Applicable disposition code' set to 'Any disposition code', then in D365 you do not need to fill in the 'Disposition code' field as it is greyed out.

However, if you import the data entity Warehouse location directives V3 with 'Disposition code' left blank, you will get an error saying that the disposition code should not be left blank.

If you export this data entity from D365 with the above location directive already set up, then that location directive will have the 'Disposition code' field left blank, which means that what is exported and what you can import do not align.

Suggestion: Allow 'Disposition code' to be left blank when 'Applicable disposition code' is set to 'Any disposition code' when importing Warehouse location directives V3
