Please consider implementing Job Queue Policy at User Setup or a separate setup page.


  1. Job Queue Policy
  2. Restricted (default) - users are only allowed to create, modify, delete, set on-hold, set to ready, restart their own job queues. Users are not allowed to perform any action on job queues that belong to other users
  3. Allowed - users are allowed to perform any action on all job queues regardless of job queue owners.
  4. Administrator - permissions include that of the "Allowed". In addition, administrator can assign job queues to other users. This will allow administrator to reassign job queues to other users when the previous owners have no more access to the system.
