- The customer is trying to check on PO status when submitted through a workflow that uses parallel branch activities, however, it is not transparent in the workflow that actually the PO is pending (despite last step completed); and the PO is still in review.
- PG has confirmed that this is intended "LCS#1040861" as the end user has to recall the workflow to change the status back to "Draft".
- However, end user will not be able to know if the PO is "in review" pending approval or if it is stuck due to an error.
- We would like to insert a dialogue box or a pop-up window to inform the end user that the PO has an issue in the workflow steps as not all the users will be able to check workflow history for all POs one by one.
