When creating events in Customer Insights – Journeys using Teams Webinar V2, the event time zone is not fully synchronized with Teams. Although the event is configured with a local time zone in Customer Insights, Teams Webinar defaults to UTC.


This causes email communications sent to attendees and speakers to display the event time in UTC, while calendar invites show the correct local time. This inconsistency can be confusing for recipients.


It would be beneficial if Teams Webinar V2 used the same time zone selected in Customer Insights, ensuring consistent time display across emails, Teams, and calendar invitations.
