Hi, there is a current work around for this. In the meantime, we have added this to the list of future enhancements. Please do chime in whenever you get a chance with a specific scenario that requires the entitites to be combined in one list, and having them in separate list is not sufficient. Thank you.

Thanks Adam. Could you help shed some light on what scenario is addressed by having child lists (or multi-entity lists) but is not addressed by the current ability to have multiple lists (one for each entity type) associated with the same camapaign activity?

Thanks!

Hello, could you please describe a couple of scenarios/use cases on utilizing a marketing list that is a combination of leads, accounts and contacts? Typically we've seen marketing activities/collateral/cadence/campaignplan for companies one sells to (accounts), propsective customers (leads) and individuals one does business with (contacts) being different from each other, but it would be good to hear cases for which it becomes important to include them in one marketing list - is it for actual marketing activities, or to be able to send a common communication/email to them all?

This would have to apply to static lists only, as there is of course no way to provide a query for a dynamic list that would necessarily work across all entities.
Maybe a concept of "child" lists might work better? So you can use / consume a "master" list and act on all the members in the child lists under it.
Adding multiple entities to a single List might make it harder for users to work with if they have different privileges for the different entities - which ones can they add as members, which ones can they append activities to, etc
