We are using email alert to notify users on customer packing slip creation. Email alert has been successfully sent out. The link in the email alert doesn't work properly. When user click on the link, it only help user to jump in the customer packing slip screen, but it doesn't direct to the corresponding customer record. We had setup different email alerts, it works on Shipment screen and other master records, the link generated through email alert works on other module but not packing slip screen. we expected all link provided in the email should direct user to particular record....

We appreciate you taking the time to feedback. This forum is for new features enhancements request. This seems to be more of a bug than a feature request. Please log this through the appropriate support channels if you would still like a resolution to this issue.
