It would be helpful to be able to run the Configuration Migration tool from a command line rather than having to manually run it through the GUI. For Development CI/CD Pipelines, it would be valuable for before committing changes so that developers would just have to run a script before commit, rather than a multi step process to export content. Once exported and committed, the pipeline builds a package for use by Package Deployer.
