I was asked by my users to provide a solution so search for emails in the activities of an offer or an opportunity. They also need activities(emails) sorted on the receive date and not the record date as it is now.

I would want the notes control to be customizable on
- sorting
- what to display for each record
- search feature is missing completely

I found no way of customizing the control or am I missing something?
