CRM Online should have the time zone selector So that it can sync the Appointments from outlook, In order for it to show the time according to the selected Time zone In outlook.

Appointments which are tracked from outlook to CRM online sets the time according to the default time zone selected in the personal settings of the user.

But if the users may have international clients so in CRM there should be a functionality which should help user in the PST remind about the appointment.

It would help the user to understand the Appointment and will give the user the correct preview in both the outlook and CRM.
