We therefore encourage you to create a new idea and elaborate more on what you request and please also provide one or two examples of usage scenarioes. That would enable us better to understand the request. We also ensourage you to take a look at the Customer Service form under Retail. This form is very much contered around the activities surrounding one specific customer getting a customer centric view.
