Timestamps on timeline activities can only be either Date Sort or Date Sent.
Not sure what the decision is behind this but why is "Date Created" not an option? Not all activities has a "Date Sent" and utilising Date Sort doesn't help when records are modified.

Please have a think about this as it doesn't really make any sense.
