We need an easier way to keyword search on an iPhone when using a Model Driven Power App Offline

Issue description

When running in Offline First mode on a mobile device the full text search capabilities are not available, so searches revert to the entity based search which needs the * wildcard to search within a string. The * key on an iPhone is not on the main keyboard. You have to go three levels in to find it meaning people don't use it and complain that they cant do keyword searches on the mobile. The requirement to use a * was added by MS relatively recently when they added the 'begins with' filter (last year or so) to reduce load on the online server. This load isn't an issue when using mobile offline as the online server isn't touched. Also the volumes of data offline are typically small making searches fast.

So my request to Microsoft is to make it possible to turn off the 'begins with' search filter on searches when running offline on a mobile device.
