There are currently no fields available on employee entries for attaching and/or linking to documents.
I suggest adding the same functionality as there is available on the vendor ledger.
"Links" and "Attachments" and a fast pane where these can be filled out.

On the vendor ledger the fast pane is called "incoming documents" the same could be created on the employee ledger
