When we print the email from MS CRM the content of the mail is not fully printed ( there is the vertical scrollbar as in the Form

If we want to do a report we need use a script to remove the html formatting or we use an html field that is not able to render the whole content of the mail

it would be great to have a way to print mails as in OUTLOOK : simple MEMO style with
From / to / CC/ BCC
Content of the mail
Name of attachments
Optional : being able to print directly attachments
