Currently, Financial Reports does not give users the ability to save generated reports to a file location without first being generated on-screen. We would like to have the ability to automatically save generated reports to an external file type (PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, etc.) and location. This would be especially useful when a report is generated as part of a Report Schedule so the user does not have to log into Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations every time to export the report.

Totally agree that this would be a huge benefit to be able to access generated reports quicker than thru the User interface. Our users have approximately 25 reports to include in a monthly reporting package and it takes about 1 minute per report to print to PDF--very inefficient use of time.
