The ability to send an SMS dynamically from the number associated to the contacts account without having to create multiple templates and segments/attribution tiles within a journey.
SMS responses to be received and captured in D365 contact record so that 1-1 responses can be applied via a manual send (on a mobile device).

This feature is desperately needed for our business. Being able to do this for email is great, but not being able to do this for SMS messages is a significant gap and needs to be addressed. Please add this to your roadmap.

This is already our roadmap as we have some early feedback for use cases it is required.
